Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is successfully made, customers cannot cancel the order themselves via the website.

  • However, you can request cancellation by contacting our Customer Care team as soon as possible after placing the order, quoting your Order Number.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 7 working days to your original method of payment.


Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not been shipped, and you request a cancellation:

  • You are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • The refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.


Cancellation After Shipment

If the product has already been shipped but not yet delivered:

  • You can still cancel your order by refusing delivery or returning the package to us within 15 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive the returned product and complete an inspection, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.


Return Policy

We follow a 15-Day Easy Returns Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.


Refund Timeline

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email confirmation regarding the receipt and status (approval/rejection) of your return.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeline:

  • Step 1: Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Step 2: Contact your credit card company or bank – sometimes processing delays may occur.
