Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully made, customers cannot cancel the order themselves via the website.
However, you can request cancellation by contacting our Customer Care team as soon as possible after placing the order, quoting your Order Number.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 7 working days to your original method of payment.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped, and you request a cancellation:
You are eligible for a 100% refund.
The refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation After Shipment
If the product has already been shipped but not yet delivered:
You can still cancel your order by refusing delivery or returning the package to us within 15 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned product and complete an inspection, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Return Policy
We follow a 15-Day Easy Returns Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
We will send you an email confirmation regarding the receipt and status (approval/rejection) of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeline:
Step 1: Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
Step 2: Contact your credit card company or bank – sometimes processing delays may occur.
